The Mark-10 M5-2-COF is an integral part of a COF testing system, typically including a motorized test stand and COF fixture. With a capacity of 2 lbF [10 N], the gauge can be used to measure friction for a wide range of materials, ideal for conformance to ASTM D1894 and other relevant standards. Static and kinetic coefficients are displayed on the back lit LCD, and are calculated from a user-programmable sled weight. Data can be transferred to a PC or data collectors via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. On-board memory for up to 1,000 readings is included, as are statistical calculations with output to a PC. Integrated set points with indicators and outputs are ideal for pass-fail testing and for triggering external devices such as an alarm, relay, or test stand. The Shimpo FGV-HXY is a precision instrument that offers an enhanced heavy-duty housing allowing them to be utilized in high capacity tension and compression applications. These instruments are utilized in a variety of applications such as, incoming quality inspection, finished goods testing, R&D or almost any portable or force stand testing requirement. Models are available in 500 lb. or 1000 lb. ranges providing necessary performance for high capacity testing. The 180 reversible display combined with the adjustable force direction and dual labeled keypad enable these units to excel in both compression and tension applications in any direction. Shimpo FGV models possess onboard statistical calculations provide fast access to maximum, minimum, average and standard deviation data. Models includes software and RS-232 cable allowing further data analysis on a PC. The FGV-HXYs 1,000 point memory allows for data exporting in real time or after testing is complete. In addition, the RS-232C, USB and analog outputs provide maximum communication flexibility.

The Shimpo TRC-2 Digital Torque Tester is a user friendly instrument for calibrating or measuring torque values. A single button process does it all. Zero, Test, Store, and repeat.
